These policies set forth the terms and privileges of Membership in the Matrix Racquet Club and the policies and procedures under which the Club is operated.  The obligation of enforcing these policies lies primarily in the hands of a carefully trained staff whose principal responsibility is to ensure the safety of the members and to assure members of all courtesies, comforts and services in which they are entitled.  It is the duty of the members to know the Club Policies and to cooperate with the Matrix Management Team in the enforcement of these Policies.​
